Meet our speakers
Mike Rebeiro – Mike has over 30 years experience working as a lawyer, international law, advising on disruptive technologies and innovation. He was a senior partner at Norton Rose Fulbright and led multinational teams across the Americas, Europe, The Middle East, Asia and Australia. He is now Chair of Adoption UK and Spurgeons and Co-Founder of Rok Skool Sound Strategies.
Virginia Cannon – Former in-house commercial solicitor for BT and London Underground, since retirement Virginia has held several chair and trustee roles including for Moorfields Eye Hospital and the City of London Law Society and is currently Master of the City of London Solicitors’ Company.
Richard Baxter – Former Partner from law firm Stevens & Bolton. Richard recently retired as an experienced corporate lawyer who spent most of his time leading a wide variety of corporate/M&A transactions and helping to manage some of the firm’s most important client relationships, having also enjoyed spells as head of corporate and as the firm’s managing partner.

Graeme Menzies - Former partner at Mills & Reeve, Graeme co-founded Futurum Group to make retirement a more positive experience for both law firm and individual. He enjoys a busy Encore, coaching lawyers and others, as an ambassador for a children’s mental health charity, playing real tennis and messing about with grandchildren.
Sarah Harrison – Encore Coach, Futurum Group. Sarah works with law firms and lawyers to make retirement a positive and well-planned process. Alongside Graeme she will share what they have learned about the retirement experience during the first five years of running Futurum Group; what has surprised them and what the future holds.
